Shipping

Free ground shipping on all orders within the USA.

In-stock items are processed and shipped within 48–72 hours (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your raft every step of the way.

Out-of-stock items and custom orders typically ship within 45–60 days. If your order includes one of these items, we'll confirm the expected timeline by email after checkout.

International orders: customs duties and import fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Go North Rafts is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at gonorthrafts@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

If approved, we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and the return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.

To start a return, email gonorthrafts@gmail.com with your order number, full name, contact information, return shipping address, and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, place a new order and return the original item (if eligible). If you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Warranty

Every Go North packraft is backed by a 2-year manufacturer defect warranty. Warranty claims are processed by the manufacturer; see our FAQ for details.
