At Go North Rafts, we are committed to delivering high-quality gear and ensuring you have the best possible experience on and off the water.

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48–72 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your raft every step of the way.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as Go North Rafts is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing gonorthrafts@gmail.com.
To process a claim, please include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
If approved, we will arrange a replacement.
Please note: refunds are not issued for items damaged during shipping.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in original condition and packaging

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you need a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).
